Wrapping bags instead of paper?

I’ve bought some of these as liked the idea of reusing them again and less waste. However now they’ve arrived I’m not sure they will be as ‘fun’ for the kids as wrapping paper.

Anyone else got them?

If there is one for each present then it would be fine. One for all would be a bit boring.

Yes they are one for each present - they are secured using a ribbon so I could always tie knots in them to prolong the opening 😂

I don't know how I feel about these! Great for the environment but for kids entertainment, I am unsure. How old are the kids?
I think maybe doing a bit of both. Stocking fillers using wrapping paper and main presents in bags.
Where did you get them?

They were from amazon. I think I’ll do half and half With recyclable paper to keep the fun a bit. Children are 8 and 10.

I wrap in christmas fabric. Have for years. The kids like it because they dont know any differently!

Do your dc believe in Santa because they wouldn’t work if they do.

You don’t need to wrap stocking fillers!

MyDcAreMarvel · 08/12/2019 20:53

Of course you wrap stocking fillers!

I like the idea of these but don't think my pre-teen boys would be impressed. I'm going for brown parcel paper and I've just order some Christmas stencils off amazon to make them more festive looking.
