DS (6) has requested a toy cruise ship that can actually go in water, to play with in the bath. You would think it would be easy (tbf, any ship would do I suspect, doesn't need to be a cruise ship specifically), but I cannot find anything! Either the toys are baby bath toys, or not suitable for actually going in water (WTF?), or super super expensive.

So, I am turning to the might of MN for inspiration. Any ideas?????

I think some of the playmobil boats can go in water?

A third vote for Playmobil. DS (now 10) has one in the bath for years!

The RNLI website has a variety of rescue boats on its website, and you can support a good cause at the same time.

Oooh.....I'd seen the playmobil cruise ship, but it was a bit more than I wanted to be paying tbh, but I hadn't looked at other playmobil boats for some stupid reason. Have managed to get him a yacht for £25 from ebay so am happy with that. Thanks for pointing me in that direction all!
Good tip on the RNLI, he actually has a lifeboat from there that is about 3 years old now and still a firm bath favourite
