I have got the grandchildren Game of life for Christmas , as loved it 30 years ago 😁
individual present too , But looking to get them a second bored game as loads of family get togethers over Christmas period and they all enjoy the family playing together.
Grandchildren are 9 , 11 and 14

We like: Cluedo, Carcasonne, Pictionary and Rummikub.

Uno and Gubs are also good although they are card games. All popular with my kids who are 13, 11 and 7.

Qwirkle and uno are gab

Labyrinth is good for all ages.

It's a card game rather than a board game, but I've heard good reviews of Sushi Go.

Not exactly a board game but Dobble is fab. Its on offer in Tesco at the moment as well.

You can play for 5 minutes or 5 hours. Its really funny seeing who has the best vision reaction.

Board games (as in played on a board) which are favourites in this house are English Quest, What do you Meme and the Viking Game (kind of like chess) but my youngest sibling is 15.

Not a board game we love is Perudo

Forbidden Island and Labyrinth are excellent games that a wide range of ages can play together.

The Goki crocodile balancing game is surprisingly successful in my house. It looks like a toddler game, but is well-loved and enjoyed together by everyone from kids to adults. (And even more so by adults after alcohol has been taken Grin)

We also like Tantrix. A very flexible game.

Story Cubes! Not exactly a game, but huge fun.
