Hello, I'm looking for ideas for a present for a uni student (girl). She has a tiny uni room (so no items to clutter her room) and no cooking facilities (that's my usual fallback as she loves cooking). Ideally for £10 to £15.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Is a voucher an option, or do you want a physical gift? A gift card for a nice coffee place might work.

Three bottles of wine :o

Stationary or a diary?x

Thanks @AppropriateAdult I had wanted a small gift but a voucher will probably be more suitable. I might try and get her uni address and see if there's a coffee shop nearby so she can treat herself to a nice danish and coffee for breakfast at the weekend.

@StealthPolarBear yes that was my initial thought ... but I'm not sure she drinks much wine. Students these days seem so much more tame than my uni days!

@Kiki275 Thanks I wouldn't know where to start, but a paperchase voucher might be the thing so then she can choose

Have a 19 year old at uni, think she’d love a Costa/Nero/Starbucks card, they can even buy a sandwich if low on food! Or a weatherspoons voucher, many students go there!! There’s also a good student cookbook called ‘Nosh’ if she likes to cook? A lot of the recipes are ‘a cup of this and that’ so they don’t need any scales! Or something from Lush eg a shower gel or pillow spray.

Thanks @Janus I could probably go for any of those and she'd be happy.

Going for a voucher and will decide once i'm in the city centre and see which shop has the shortest queue for the voucher Grin

Nandos voucher

Tsk young people these days.
And I'm allowed to say that as I've just turned 40

You can get lots of high street and chain restaurant vouchers in supermarkets, if that helps

RockingMyFiftiesNot · 30/11/2019 19:38

A voucher for the nearest large supermarket either to her uni digs or her home might be good. Would give her the option of food/booze/clothes/stationery etc etc

AuntieStella · 30/11/2019 19:42

Bottle of her preferred spirits and Exploding Kittens

MsChatterbox · 30/11/2019 19:47

As a uni student I would like some indulgent foods. Like really nice cheese, smoked salmon etc

Boots is going 10% off vouchers at the moment. My teens would go for Nando's or Greggs vouchers. Or an amazon voucher which she could spend on anything!
