*Meet Elsa at Frozen Xmas Grotto*

Next Weekend is the launch of our pop up "Meet Elsa, The Frozen Princess" event at Organicus Boutique in Bethnal Green, London and we aren't quite sure what to charge? There will be Elsa, but also Sven the reindeer that will be pulling kiddies on a funny sleigh and games, as well as surprises. Also would you give a present and if so, how much would you charge..or is that included in the entrance fee?

I've got "santa" coming out to visit and take a picture with my DD this year and it was £59 for a 15minute slot

How are fitting all that into a boutique beauty place?? I looked for the Boutique but there's not even a website and to be honest, this would put me off attending. There's no mention of your pop up on their Facebook page either...how are you marketing this event?

Is it part of the boutique or are you paying them for space? You really need to get on the marketing or it will look unprofessional. If you're giving gifts, then it needs to be included in the price...that's part of the package...and something to attract people.

The price you charge is dependent on how long the child gets in the space with the characters really...and what the space is like. Is it going to be in a dedicated room of its own? Will it be decorated?
