Ideas for small presents for 15 year old Ds

Need some ideas for small relatively cheap presents for my 15 year old ds.
So far all I have bought him are clothes as he is very into fashion and an Xbox game.
He likes football as well.
What is everyone else getting their teenagers?

The boys I know into branded stuff and fashion quite like bling and smelling nice. Rings seem to be popular this year. Also food or food vouchers. Bits for skateboards/ guitars/ scooters. Srickers with whatever they are into on ( completely indecipherable mostly) t shirts.

Oh marking place as I have a ds13.5 who doesn't want anything. So far I've bought him a dartboard Hmmlynx, Calvin Klein boxers, chocs, Eddie Jones autobiography, may get him a onesie...
in case it helps he welled up on his birthday when I got him a gaming chair, he loves it and it's so comfy for doing his homework!

jcoc147 · 27/11/2019 07:58

Some brilliant ideas here! Love the retro sweets idea. Have just ordered a baseball cap for him as hadn't thought of that.
He desperately wants a gaming chair actually but not sure if he really has the room for it in his bedroom.
So far he now has:

A tracksuit
Football shirt
4 x designer t shirts
Trainers
Baseball cap
Socks
Pants
Xbox game

It all sounds so boring! I long for the days I could buy him toys and see the hours of fun he had with them!!

I learnt last year not to stress myself out. DS wanted money and nothing else at all. I bought lots of 'bits' that he hadn't asked for but I thought he'd like or would be useful, most of them are still unused. With hindsight I would have got refunds and given him the extra cash.

Having the same issue with dd (15), most of her gifts are clothes and I feel a bit guilty as they are things she needed anyway (just a bit better than what I would usually buy). I have bought her a panini press as she loves toasties 🤣, I’m not sure what else I can buy, sadly the only fun they have with toys at that age are with games consoles or possibly a board game.

I’m sure your DS will be happy with what you have got him.

Mine wants cash so he can save up for gadgets and upgrades he wants. I have stopped buying them loads of stocking fillers as it is a waste of money. That said I am getting him:

Massie Toblerone
Other choc
slippers
PJs
Last book by Richard Dawkins
Lush bath bombs and bubble bath (he loves a bath)
I'm thinking of getting him some swanky body spray e.g. Hugo boss or something that posh rather than aftershave or cheapo spray

Last year I bought my 15 y o neice a voucher for her music streaming service of choice. Apparently that was acceptable in lieu of cash.
