I'd looked at the Velvetiser before, decided I didn't need it (even though I looooove hot chocolate), then went to boil some milk for hot chocolate this evening - took my eye off the pan and of course, milk everywhere. Decided I could justify it after all! and I still haven't cleaned the milk up
