I am not sure if it's quite a Christmas referral but I have just come across something called airtime rewards after seeing it pop up on Facebook. Abs it will definitely help out with Xmas spending!

You link you credit card and it gives you money off your mobile phone hill when you spend at certain retailers. I am with o2 but I think other ones use it all well.
