Rollerboots vs Heelys for 5 year old?

Dd2 is desperate for wheels.
Any recommendations?
Is she too young for either?

i would be tempted to get her a set like these which strap onto her shoes, since that way they grow with her and she can practice using them before moving on to 'real' skates
