Ideas for Special Needs 9year old

Really struggling for ideas!
Within two weeks of Christmas last year she had destroyed all of her presents.
Can’t be anything plastic, already has lots of soft toys, nothing with sequins, beads or small parts.
Nothing that could cause to much damage when launched across the room.
No books, have lots and she loves to rip them up 😭
Has to be easily cleanable (still in nappies and things can get messy)
So far we have:
•Swimming noodles (thought she could wave them about and whack the walls in her room without too much damage. Though I am concerned she may eat them)
•A rigid paddling pool with 600 plastic balls to fill it (DIY ball pit)

Thinking of getting one of those big balls found in labour wards 🤔

Special needs toys/equipment are so expensive, love the gel floor tiles but they are pricey!
Any suggestions?

They’ve had a reputation for some time. They fleeced my friend and I for £50 About 3/4 years ago. Absolutely awful company
