Christmas Chutney recipe?

Any great recipes please? I've previously done peach and lime and James Martins green tomato, both good but I'd like to try something new. Thanks!

This is my all time fave. Although I switch the coriander seeds for powder. Even crushed, those little bastards are minging 🤣
