Baby doll and buggy for a boy?

I'm wondering if anyone can help me on my hunt for a baby doll and a buggy that's not too girly.

I think it's lovely he's taking an interest in his sisters dolls, and don't see anything wrong with a boy playing with dolls - however family think very differently and basically think I'm going to make him gay. (Not that it's an issue)

So I'm on the hunt for a doll and buggy that's a bit more "boyish" if there is such a thing out there. Any ideas?

Oh and he's 18 months

Smyths have male and female dolls, as in anatomically correct dolls. I got DS one in the summer so he had his own baby for when DS2 was born.

I see the boy doll is anatomically correct, but it doesn't say that about the girl doll
intriguing

I got an anatomically correct boy doll from Amazon as the purpose was to put it in the bath with DS to help him be a bit more relaxed. It has a dressing gown and I got a few preemie clothes on eBay (18" is preemie size).

Oh and we got a 90s dark green and burgundy pram from Freecycle.
