Christmas book idea for 9 year old

Hi all. I usually organise a 1st December bag for my DS with Christmas PJs, advent calendar bath bombs etc. This year I wanted to add a Christmas book we could read together on the lead up to Christmas. Any ideas of good ones? He’s quite a good reader so probably a book for kids aged 9-12 would be suitable.
He read the Matt Haig Boy Called Christmas book last year.

I've not read it, but Terry Pratchett's Father Christmas' Fake Beard looks like a fun read
