Best board games for 7yo

I'm looking to get a few games for my son to wrap up for his Christmas. Have your kids got any favourites that are round about my sons age?

Mine is a bit older, but games enjoyed at that age include:
Quirkle
Colt Express
StarWars Carcassonne
Quoridor

These are games chosen not to be utterly tedious for adults.

DS is 7 and loves all board games. His current top favourites are Labyrinth and Game of Life.

Carcassonne is brilliant, simple enough at that age but still a very good game.

The 1 player Smart Games are very popular with my dc as well - Jump In is our favourite.

Football version of snakes and ladders - pretty sure that is orchard games

Blokus is a hit in our house

We played endless Dragonwood when DS was 6/7. It's really good.

Ah, I’m glad to see Jump Jn mentioned here - just bought it for my soon-to-be 7 year old.

Dobble is a quick card game which my seven year old really loves.
