Mean Santa ideas

Thanks to this forum I've just heard of mean Santa.

Can anyone give me ideas of how best to do this? We will have 7 adults and 2 kids on Christmas Day

We've played this and it's lots of fun! I went and bought prizes so that I had one for everyone, some from the Poundshop and others good ones!
We used raffle tickets instead of dice and when your number comes out you get to pick a prize, when they have all gone then you steal it from who you like! Once all the tickets were pulled out you stop the game and open the presents! We had great fun and everyone was pinching the same one which turned out to be a photo cube filled with pics of me! 😂😂
