Help with car gifts

Would like to put a pack together with items for my DH's new car he will be getting just after Christmas. Have come up with a demister pad and ice scraper so far. Is there anything you would say was essential to keep for use in your car? Bit stuck!

Depending on how much you want to spend this car cleaning set is £54.95 but my husband loves all the stuff in this range, and he loves his car more than me Smile

I slso have decier and a mini first aid kit.
About to suggest to DH, who does lots of miles with work, he adds a blanket, some long dated chocolate and bottled water and a hat as a "I'm stuck and its cold" winter kit.

We used to have a little tyre pressure and tread depth gauge thingy.

What make is the car? You can get brand specific aluminium tyre valve caps which replace the nasty plastic things and look cute very reasonably.
Like this-

Or, you could get him a nice branded fleece or soft shell jacket.

Or search for a calendar related to the car he has, or a nice brand specific keyring.

When it comes to posh car care (polishes etc), the expensive luxury brands are Meguiars, Mer, Auto Finesse, Farecla.

Go for things like alloy wheel cleaner, show shine, maybe a clay bar, dash and interior products.

OR- There'll be a raft of auto-detailing businesses locally, probably on Facebook, who will come and give the car a posh paintwork treatment, decontamination and ceramic coating for example which lasts a while, brings the paintwork up like glass and might be a nice present.
