DS will be 10 months at Christmas and therefore utterly oblivious, and family have helpfully suggested that they buy practical things for him rather than toys. What we really need is a rug for the room he'll be moving into. It's very cold as it's exposed on three sides and we have laminate flooring. Any suggestions for a fun rug (perhaps something like a town scene with roads) that would keep the room warm? The ones I've seen, like the IKEA one, are good designs but just too thin material.
