A baby doll that walks, talks and opens/closes eyes

This is what my dd had asked for xmas. Any ideas where I can get a reasonably priced baby doll that talks and opens and closes eyes? Bonus if it can also walk but I think that could be pushing it!

Baby Annabell babbles, gurgles , sucks on her bottle or dummy with real sounds and mouth movement , cries real tears, burps, yawns and falls asleep. She can also wet her nappy and use her potty!

Baby Alive Real As Can Be, and Luvabella are your best options. Baby Alive is hardier than Luvabella which is a bit fragile. Try reviews on Amazon. There isn't one that also walks, and walking ones tend to be a bit crap anyway.
