School Christmas card deadline missed!

Hello all - I know this is pretty trivial but my DD was so upset she missed the Christmas card school deadline - long story involving her meeting the deadline and being told by a TA to go home with her artwork as they were not taking them until the following week - to be told by the school office she had missed it. Usual miscommunication in various departments of the school - not one person's fault - she was upset poor love so wonder if anyone has any recommendations for online Christmas card printing with her own artwork?

I would phone the school and ask whether your daughter's can be submitted anyway, seeing as it wasn't her fault she missed the deadline.

You could ask if you could contact the firm handling orders directly, but.... I’d have thought any local print shop is likely to be able to help you do this (& probably for less money but of course the purpose of these christmas card appeals is partly fundraising for the school - as well as fun drawing for the children) or even more easily you could just photograph and order as a photo card.

How about using her design to order your Christmas Cards from Moonpig or similar?
That way her design gets to go to family & friends.

thanks - we have tried but the school office were strict on not taking in any late deliveries even though we told them the whole story - they told us to get them printed privately - which we will of course - but wondered if anyone had any good recommendations!

If you get the pictures scanned vistaprint are probably cheapest.

Are you in NI? I know a few parents in our school missed the deadline and put some pressure on the HT via email and Twitter and an extra day was put on. Same at the school down the road?
