Nursery gifts...help please!!

So I have the dilemma every year of what to do about nursery gifts.

I buy a separate present for manager and cook (manager cause my son has SEN so lots of involvement and cook because no one else buys one for him!).

But then I’m never sure what to do about the staff in the room. I usually buy a group present I.e Christmas cupcakes, Millie’s Cookies etc but I just worry does that make me seem ungrateful? When I buy individual presents for others.

So would you buy a group present (there are 3 main staff but others that drop in). Or would you go individual. And if so do you have any ideas!

Thanks

I think your idea sounds lovely

What you usually do sounds fine - separate special presents for cook and manager, and a shared present for the others.

Group gift sounds good, that way you've covered everyone.

DH is a teacher and he said they leave group gifts for the TA's / dinnertime staff / kitchen staff / caretaker - basically the staff who are needed but don't get given gifts.
