Non-girly almost 16 year old?

Dd is almost 16 but acts a lot younger due to having Aspergers, not into sport due to mobility issues, not girly (No make up) and not really into clothes. All she’s asked for so far is new headphones and a new dressing gown. She’s into gaming and had a Nintendo switch last year (more than what I usually spend), she has a pass to the local zoo and had a camera for her birthday.

Alex Monroe do beautiful animal and wildlife inspired necklaces. Often half the price on Ebay.

My dd is 16 and non-girly. She's having some converse wonder woman boots and a hoodie. Some skin toned sketch book paper, some white gel pens, and some headphones
(This is for birthday next week)

If you're near Gloucester there's a place in Tewkesbury that does husky rides too

Separate from music headphones, if she chats online with her friend, gaming headphones with a microphone

My DD is similar, the one girly thing she does like is face masks.

Nice hoodies or T shirts always go down well.

She has several sets of lovely piatnik playing cards.

Something like a rubiks cube?

Would she sit and do a jigsaw?

Does she have a netflix subscription?

If she is into art at all some really nice pens and learn to draw manga books.

Lots of stupid socks.

Boxes of Japanese snacks (order now for Christmas)

Sushi or fudge making kit.

A nice recipe book.

TabithasMumCaroline · 26/10/2019 03:44

Dice? Magic the gathering? Rubik’s cubes? Dungeons and dragons handbook? Sunglasses? Baseball cap? Anything at all from ThinkGeek (Pokémon themed everything) pyjamas, Nightvale stuff, fleece blanket for her bed/ slanket/ Nintendo leaf/ hot chocolate mug/ bedside or desk lamp/

Could you have some of her photos printed into a book.

Where are you based? Near where I am, there is a place where you can book a wolf walking excursion plus lots of other animal experiences. Maybe something like that?

Lovemusic33 · 26/10/2019 08:56

ArtyFarty we are down south, she had a pass for Longleat last year.

She has so much pokemon stuff, this is the first year she hasn’t asked for anything pokemon except the game for the switch that her dad will get her. I will probably renew her pass for Longleat as we used it a lot last year.
