Hello, teens (2xDS) have now grown out of annuals and Guiness world records but love random hard back books for Christmas.
Anyone got any recommendations please?

Thanks @Rainbowx2 They've had ripleys a couple of times but not keen.

Might have a browse of new out hardbacks in book shop. Was looking on amazon but couldn't work out which section as only annuals were coming up

Those Ladybird books are fun ( the pisstake ones Xmas Grin )

I bought my DS Five on Brexit Island and How To Survive A Zombie Apocalypse

And one called F in Exams from Hawkins Bazaar .

And Viz (one the the early ones when it was funny) but your DS might be too young (mine is 19yo)

How old are your boys? Do they want fiction or nonfiction?

Maybe a Haynes Manual? My son and husband likes these on all different topics. The Christmas one was very funny

As teenagers, my two DS’s loved the Worst Case Scenario books - what to do if the pilot passes out, how to wrestle an alligator etc etc
😀

Ooh thanks @Statement I'll look at the worst case scenario books.

@AlbertaWildRose they are 12 and 15yo. Have loads of fiction but like to buy hard back non-fiction for Christmas

@70isaLimitNotaTarget my 15 yo would love Viz but would prefer to leave it a year of two Grin
