mince pie pastry recipe help

A few years ago someone gave me a recipe on here for an amazing mince pie recipe. It had orange essence and I think crushed almonds in it.. it was delicious and so easy to make. But, I’ve lost the recipe.
Do you have one that includes those ingredients? Help!

I've one with zest of orange and crushed almonds, but not essence.
