What to get a 3 year old boy?

I’m on quite a budget this year, of about 100-150. I don’t want to buy any plastic tat this year, and I’d like some things that are quite educational. He likes Bing, Paw Patrol and Lego. Any ideas on what to get him for Christmas?

We he enjoy a bathbomb as a stocking filler? There is so much I could buy my 3 year old but I think girls are perhaps easier as I could fill a stocking with bath bombs and hair clips and she’d be happy.

I’d second the usbourne sticker books as well. They also make them so you can separate the pages easily so it’s easier for them to do a page independently rather than flicking back and forth.

I don’t know if the aquadoodle might be a bit young now. Mine used hers loads between 1 and 2 but has barely looked at it since. Galt do good travel water drawings (search for magic water) which she likes more.

Magtiles have been a huge hit with my kids this birthday.

My mum got one of my nephew's (3) a personalised wooden case of tools, it's actually pretty cool and looks expensive but was only £16 reduced from I think near double on the Studio website, we bought it in July though. Sass and Belle have some nice gifts for children, bought a tea set in a suitcase tonight for £6 reduced from £22 and it is lovely.

Does he have a doll yet? DS got one aged 3 and loved it!

We're getting my son (3) a little hot wheels ramp, binoculars & a bird spotting book, theatre tickets to see Zog on stage (he loved seeing stick man recently) & paw patrol die cast cars. He also loves orchard games. He already has the counting ice cream shop one, animal lotto & the shopping list game and loves them so we'll get him another couple.

DS1 is 3 and I think we will get him a wooden playhouse for the garden. We do live in a hot country though!
