Hi all this year for the older couples in the family we are making up hampers instead of individual presents, partly to save so much packaging but also because they normal just buy what they want and we dont know what to get.
Was hoping to get some ideas of biscuits that are in paper or recyclable packaging rather than good old plastic/ cellophane?
Always make them a Christmas cake so that's a bit easier being in a cardboard box. Oh and stacks of homemade jam here too.
All ideas welcome thanks in advance lovely people

For people who do sweets, you could do some interesting flavoured marshmallows or white chocolate jazzies or something like that and wrap in nice greaseproof paper, or put them in jars if you have lots spare?

Homemade sweets never make it past Boxing Day evening in our house!

Jazzies are perfect for the kids to make. Bright and satisfying (but you might not end up with any to give away Grin)

I make peppermint creams every year, they are so easy to make and kids can help. I use green and red food dye so they look christmassy and they can be wrapped in paper bags

Loved making peppermint creams at school! Daughter may be able to tick off a brownie badge at the same time win win
