Presents ideas for my team at work

I tend to buy a token Christmas present for each of my team members, there's 10 of them, including a vegan, vegetarian and non-drinker. Our organisation doesn't do Christmas bonuses, we have to pay for our own Christmas lunch and so as team leader I like to buy them a little token gift to say thanks for all their hard work.

In the past I have bought chocolates, small wine bottles, miniature gin bottles but now I have someone in my team who doesn't drink alcohol and vegan chocolates are quite pricey. I like to keep the presents similar so there's no comparisons, and between £5 and £10.
Any suggestions?

I would love a candle. TK Maxx have nice ones.

I'd go with a giftcard, I really don't want more small stuff at Christmas. Coffee shop, John Lewis, M&S (can use on food) or similar. Cinema is good but you certainly can't get two for £10 here, our Vue is still £13 for an adult ticket.

I like the idea of a small cactus/succulent each, I'd be thrilled to receive that!

Not on the high street have coasters / mugs etc that can be personalised.
I’d go with a pair of Christmas socks each.

Booja booja truffles from Holland and Barratt are about £6 a box. They're absolutely amazing and gluten free, vegan, soya and dairy free.

@cyclingwife are they all female or a mix? If female - I’ve just bought the shopper tote bags with initials from Next for £4 each for my team.

On the day of the present giving get a copy of the racing post go to the page where they list the runners for that day - find a horse that relates to each persons name/job/something about them.

Got to the bookies in the morning and put a £2.50 each way bet on a horse for each person.

If you know how to do it you could do a doubles/trebles bet that includes all the horses as a team bonus.

Was very popular with my team. Lots of fun if a few people win too.

Obviously not a great idea if gambling is an issue.

Also a great gift for secret Santa. A bet on a horse with their name/other random association.

One year we had a £10 limit so I put a fiver each way on a horse called Jimbo and put the betting slip in a envelope for Jim

Yes on at 8-1. He was a happy bunny.

You could get personalised USB sticks with their names engraved on them for under £10.

Or beeswax food wraps/ some other sort of eco thing.

Amazon or John Lewis vouchers.
