Fake tree in a short box??

Hey there,

This might seem like a really random question. I've moved to a Middle Eastern country that doesn't celebrate Christmas. I didn't ship my Christmas tree as I was worried that it would be seized at customs. Now I've found out that I could have brought it in if it was labelled artificial plant.

I'll be in London for half term in October. I would love to buy a fake Christmas tree to take back with me but I don't want to take back a massively long box. Ideally one that would fit in a suitcase or hold-all.

So Christmas experts; have any of you bought or seen a tree that comes in a shorter box then gets pieced together?

Cheers,

Don't know, but I'm sure that by the time you're back in late October, all the Christmas stuff'll be in - I'd try the likes of Wilko and B&Q, given that you'll want a fairly small one.

John Lewis Chr. shop is apparently online already, so you might look there, but I'd imagine theirs would be bigger than you'd want. A larger M&S might also be worth a try.
I take it you're in Saudi!

Thanks will try that. Yes, that's where I am. Smile
