I've just read on the Mirror newspaper online that it starts Tuesday! Got my fingers crossed too! Christmas shopping can then begin!

I'm not sure about price matching to be honest.
I've just looked on the smyths website and the click and collect is no longer an option so I'm guessing the sale will be on this week!

@scrappydappydoo you can track prices for amazon on camel camel camel and for other places of pricespy and get alerts for price drops. John Lewis and Amazon have matched Argos prices during their 3-4-2 sales in the past, and they are having some kind of sale soon. I don’t know if they match Smyths but it’s always worth setting up alerts just in case.

@SleepyPaws just had an email come through (I guess because it's technically Tuesday now) and it says gaming chairs and headsets are excluded, doesn't say controllers but seems everything else gaming related is out so I'm not holding my breath Sad

Been this morning and saved £100. Thankfully I didn't have to split my transactions this year!

Queued were crazy, I always go to the event after the school run and never seen it like this despite the rain!

@22Giraffes that's disappointing, I hadn't seen that before I went but as it turns out they didn't have the headset he wanted anyway, the hunt for bargains continues!

I went last night and was very pleased with the amount of stock they had in. Got all that I wanted and very simple at checkout with the discounts. The lady serving us told us the price and then said how much had been taken off without us having to check.

They also had the Leapfrog water and grow garden for £19.99 which seemed a good price. I’m sure we paid more for it when we bought it earlier this year.
