Scooter for a tall 9 year old?

I have no idea about scooters but my tall 9 year old would like one.

look for a second hand maxi micro scooter on gumtree near you. they have adjustable handle bars and last a while

Second decathlon.
My tall 8 year old got one earlier in the year - from memory it was 10+ or something. It folds up too.
