How can I put a wreath on this door?

I don't mean now, at the beginning of September just wondering for nearer Christmas.

We've never had a wreath and I'd love one. We have a white double upvc front door into our porch and then a single white front door into the house. Would you put a wreath on the single door inside the porch? Otherwise how would you position it over the double front door?

I have two attached together with string so one hangs on one side of the door one on the inside of the door if you see what I mean and they act as weights for each other

I would have it on the front door. You can get clear wreath hangers that hook over the door. I got mine on ebay a few years ago and it does the job.

I would put it on the inner door and hang it by placing a command hook upside down on the inside of the door and looping ribbon over the door .

I’ve used the command strips with hooks no problem.

Over the single white door.

As an alternative notion, last year I got quite wide ribbon, and a narrower ribbon to coordinate with it, and used those to "wrap" the front door like a parcel (slightly off centre vertically, and about 2/3 of the way up the door for the horizontal), and made a bow of ribbon where the vertical and horizontal ribbons crossed (I left long trailing ends, hence why it was a high up horizontal). That was quite cute and effective, and not nearly so heavy to secure as my previous wreaths had been.

(We have a wooden door, so have a nail underneath the small window inside it, that is used to loop a strong ribbon around that goes over the door, and hangs down outside to hold the wreath).

I use string which goes over the top of the door and is tied around the internal letterbox flap 😁
