Christmas dinner chicken legs?

I've not got a turkey, just some chicken legs. Do you get enough drippings in the tray to do gravy?

Yes, I’m sure you will. We are having them too. Nobody will eat the white meat.

Yes. Make sure an onion caramelises in the pan too. Scatter a handful of flour in the roasting tray over the hob, cook a bit, splash a bit of booze til it bubbles, add the veg cooking water bit by bit til you get what you're looking for. Check seasoning.
