Do you peel Chantney Carrots?

Ive never done them before do you peel them? am steaming them Christmas day.

No they are far too small and fiddly to peel, Steam and chuck butter and parsley

Ha no, that would be really hard. Whenever I’ve had them in restaurants they’ve been unpeeled.

I do but only because I don’t like to see any brown bits on them. Don’t think it matters either way.
