Another Balsam Hill one....prelit?

Done with real trees! I’m going to invest in bh for next year. I’m also a bit sick of white lights. Was on the bus home yesterday when I saw a tree in a porch adorned with those lovely bright coloured lights of my 1980s childhood and it looked so lovely! Would I be bonkers to get a coloured prelit tree? My (little) kids would adore it. Are coloured lights EVER going to make a comeback?

(Of course the sensible thing is to get an unlit one and change the lights to suit...but it’s more faff!).

Verdict please?

I have a BH with white lights and it's lovely much easier than using lights separately. I've not really looked st the coloured lights but I do have very happy memories of coloured lights from my childhood so I'd say go for it!

I have just bought a prelit tree (white lights though). I am very pleased with it as I always find putting the lights on the tree a pain.

I’ve had a gloriously tacky multicoloured tree for many years and I like the slightly more grown up look that this one has
