New Year’s Day food buffet inspiration

So I’m hosting a buffet on New Years Day for 6 people. I’ll also be 34 weeks pregnant so I don’t want really want to be slaving away all day.

I’ve had a look online but there isn’t anything show stopping that I can see online (I’m also a vegetarian but the rest of the guests are) so inspiration needed please

How about a big plate of nachos covered in melted cheese with various dips (guacamole, salsa etc)? Quick to prepare - just needs a couple of minutes under the grill to melt the cheese.

Last year Tesco Finest had some really delicious little quiches (vegetarian) , I'm keeping a lookout for them this year ( I bought them for NYE buffet)
