Suggestions for 80s film to watch Christmas eve

It's our tradition to slob out in front of an 80s film on Christmas eve, once the kids are asleep and the wrapping is done. What shall we watch this year? Last year was Scrooged, year before was Clue. Doesn't have to be Christmas themed but it has to be from the 80s!

You can’t really get better than Trading Places for an 80s Christmas - ish film, IMO. Otherwise maybe Crocodile Dundee? Oh, True Lies! Is that 80s? Oh and A Fish called Wanda!

Can you stretch a point and allow 1991? Bernard and the Genie is classic Christmas fayre round these parts.

Definitely santa Claus the movie!

National Lampoons Christmas vacation is a must watch for us every year.

I found company of wolves quite scary so may not be christmassy. Love Gremlins
