Places to go with kids at Christmas before they grow up

Where do you like taking your children or would like to take them in the run up to Christmas before they grow up?

We used to go to our local garden centre, where they had real reindeer, and a treasure hunt with a chocolate prize if you completed it. Went last week, and although the treasure hunt was still up and running, the reindeer seem to have disappeared.

If it’s in your budget then Disneyland Paris is at its absolute best at Christmas. Lights and decorations are stunning. I remember walking back through the castle looking towards Main Street and thinking that nothing else I ever did with the kids at Christmas would ever top that. And nothing has!

Lapland was amazing. They don’t have much snow yet this year though...
I would love to do Disney at Christmas.

I heard Lapland and Disney are supposed to be really good
