I plan to give a couple of family members a photo present each for Christmas. Not a canvas or calendar but something a little different. Have looked at photo box and snapfish but they seem to have a lot of complaints on their Facebook pages recently.

Anyone ordered from these and had a good experience or know of other companies worth looking at?

I've used snapfish numerous times, including recently and everything was fine. I ordered last weekend, order was delivered in 3 parts (On the slowest/cheapest delivery) and the last item came today. Everything in the order was just how it should be. I have also used foto.com but prefer snapfish, delivery is much quicker.

Ordered some stuff from Photobox and good value with black Friday deal and came quick but quality is not great, grainy photos even with high res images.

I have had good experiences with photobox every time. Probably 12-15 orders? Vista print is really good, but geared more towards business I would say.

Photo box. Stay well clear of printer pix.

I’ve used Snapfish, truprint (which is basically the same now) and photobox lots and all have been good. The one time I had a problem with Snapfish, they fixed it really quickly

I've used Asda Photo several times and always had good results.

Got some cushions with photos on from photo box. Arrived really quickly and look pretty good 👍

I usually order from Photobox, although the postage can be extortionate so try and find codes! When I've had issues with them (e.g. someone else's photos turning up halfway through my calendar!!) They were really good at sorting it. I love the diaries that they do - always goes down very well with grandparents and always get one for myself!

I’ve just done our cards with Bonusprint and they were very reasonably priced with a Black Friday discount , have arrived promptly and are very good quality .

Did a photobook with bonusprint which is fine. Also did one with freeprints and am very impressed with it - especially as it cost around a third of the price of the same product from bonusprint.

Oakdene designs and also NotOnTheHighStreet do some lovely gifts that you can personalise with photos.

We have used Photobox for years BUT this year they were poor. Calendar is poor quality - thin paper, grainy pics. Customer service was awful. I’d avoid. Shame.

I've used photobox for last few years, always good and arrived quickly. They always have offers on so wait till there's one you want.
