Secret Santa gift for a colleague in her 20s

Budget is at least £5, and I am happy to spend up to £15.

Don't know colleague very well, and I am quite a bit older so feel very out of touch with what she might want!

She goes to the gym a lot and feels the cold. She went to Ibiza on holiday a few months ago. This is basically all that I know about her and her interests!

I am thinking, maybe a fancy water bottle, or hand warmers possibly?

I know nothing about what food she might like, so chocolates etc are probably out.

I'd be very grateful for any suggestions!

I was hoping to get something she might actually like so I may try some hopefully subtle interrogation next time I see her in the kitchen...
