does anyone have a really moist and gooey recipe for yule log?

I've been making Mary Berry's gluten free roll for a few years but I want to try something very dark and moist this year as that one dries out too soon.

I made nigella’s last year - it lasted only day as my family are greedy. However if you covered it - I usually use an upturned mixing bowl - then it should last a few days.

Thanks @MrsPear I'll look at that one. You can usually rely on Nigella for a good gooey, dark chocolate cake.

Definitely Nigella's. I have made it every year since I bought her Christmas cook book. Part of Christmas now.
