What parts of the Christmas meal could I cook in slow cooker?

Last year I did red cabbage which I shall be doing again in a small slow cooker, but I also now have a 6.5l slow cooker to use too. What could I put in there to help take the pressure off the oven?

I use it to heat the christmas pudding.

I did the duck in it last year. Was on for 8 hours and was melt-in-your-mouth gorgeous. Veg went in the oven.

Steam your pudding. That way it doesn’t take up space on the hob, and more importantly doesn’t need watching in case it boils dry.

We microwave the Christmas pudding Blush
I said to dh about doing the beef in there and he’s said no!
Would something like cauliflower cheese work?
