Make ahead pudding for Christmas day

I need to decide on a Christmas pudding alternative, ideally one that can be made a day or two in advance. Last year I made a white chocolate and raspberry trifle.

I am making a Ferraro Rocher cheesecake on the 22nd but you could also try making things like Banoffee pie? To be honest most desserts that you dont need to actually bake would last in a cold fridge until the 25th.

Chocolate truffle torte (delia recipe) or a Bailey's Parfait (served from the freezer) can both be made ahead and are lovely.
