Alternative to a Raffle at a Christmas Lunch Party?

I'm hosting a Christmas Party Lunch for approx 30 people in a few weeks, variety of ages and demographics.

Historically they have held a raffle and everyone brought along a prize. I really feel that the raffle has been done to death and would like to mix it up and do something different.

Can anyone suggest any fun alternatives that I could do?

A sort of Secret Santa - you get them all to write 3 things on a card eg:

what animal they would be
which country they would most like to visit
they are female & aged 30

& then set a budget eg £5/10 - each person draws a card & has to buy for the other person

everyone has to answer the same 3 Q's but the Q's are up to you

Christmas bingo? Can buy Christmas bingo cards on eBay- it’s pictures rather than numbers so also easier for younger ages.

Possibly too cut throat, but we enjoy a White Elephant Exchange Smile be.macmillan.org.uk/Downloads/IOM/MAC15499SecretsantaAW.pdf

What about that game where you roll the dice (or spinner) and pass the gift/unwrap/steal a gift?
