Ideas for fussy sil

My sil said once she told her family to stop giving her tat and to give money or vouchers instead. Ironic since she got me a blanket once and a costa coffee voucher (I don't drink coffee). She likes Laura Ashley and house of Fraser and has expensive tastes although tends to wear a lot of black, no makeup. She likes shabby shic, Audrey Hepburn, the ballet and is Eastern European (thought I'd mention that if there's something very English I could get her or polish like special chocolates) Now I don't want to give vouchers as feel like I'm starting to do that for all the adults now and is a bit pointless. My brother I will do vouchers but have got him some infoor fireworks as they are doing a Xmas tea for everyone. Any ideas be greatly appreciated. Even if I do vouchers I want something for her to open. Budget £25-£30

Ballet tickets - not sure where you are but previews tend to be quite affordable, I paid £10/ticket where we live
