9 year old girl inspiration please

Really struggling with nieces, twins age 9. Max £20 each. Any ideas very gratefully received.

My 9 year old is into slime, squishies, Lego and lol dolls if that helps. Board games books and craft sets always go down well too plus any stuff from smiggle or Claire’s!

Books? Mine niece loves anything by Katherine Rundell and she has a new book out I think.

My daughter wants one of those mermaid tail blankets. I also second squishes, slime and craft kits. I think a tie dye kit and t-shirt would go down well with my daughter.

Book tokens? Amazon vouchers? Stationery?
My DD is 9 and would not want LOL dolls, slime, squishies or anything from Smiggle. They’re all so different.

My DD would definitely not want LOL dolls but then one of her fave presents last year was a mini human body where you could remove the bones and organs (I'm not describing it well, it was very educational!)

Slime is popular within her peer group, as are fitness trackers bands. Books are always a good shout, my dd likes Tom Gates and Horrible Histories

Thanks everyone. I was thinking books but I have no idea what they already have or don’t have. They got fitness tracker bands last year iirc. Mermaid tail blanket sounds good, maybe with a dvd. Thanks will have a look
