Gift ideas for 5 and 7 year old girls??

I have no idea what to get either of them. When I ask them what they want, they say ‘a suprise’. What are kids that age into?!

LOL dolls, hatchimals, fingerlings, slime, Lego, polly pocket.

Unicorns, LOL dolls, Polly pockets, aqua beads, anything crafty.

What's your budget?? Hard to say without knowing that really as there is so much out there.

Anything up to £50 for a big present really but looking for little and medium sized ideas too?

my six year old likes anything with love hearts, unicorns and fairies but she'd also like:

an apron for baking and a packet of cookie mix

nutella. not even with her name on, she'd be chuffed with just a jar.
Barbie Dream House (she's not getting one. It can be the thing she tells people she never got as a kid)
She got one of those diaries with a lock and loved that
Headphones
kiddie binoculars
a swimming cozzie with a skirt on it for some reason

My dd is 6 so right in the middle! Some things she loves at the moment and what we've got.
The greatest showman - I've got her an anne wheeler costume and hula hoop. Plus family gift is an Amazon dot so she can request songs on loop!!
LOL dolls - got her some of the balls, a decorate your own dolls house from hobby craft with glitter pens, stickers and gems.
Shopkins and enchantimals and monster high dolls.
Busy books - got the incredibles 2 and coco ones and looking for new wreck it Ralph one.
Lots of Claire's hair tat from recent sales - bows, clips and character brush.
Jojo siwa microphone and dog teddy.
Little figures- got the hatchimals nursery and figures (massive second hand bundle)
Her 2DS - got her some new games Mario, build a bear and viva pinata.
A variety of books collected from charity shops (spent about £15 but have loads of different ones)
Rainbocorn - loves unicorns, blind bags and reversible sequins so bound to be a winner!
DC superhero high action figures.

Wow this is so informative! All these toys I never knew about! The Pom Pom furry animal thing?! And the Rainbowcorn! All looking very promising! Keep the ideas coming! Any crafty things they could both manage? The 5 year old is a lot less dexterous (and patient!) than the 7 year old 😬🤣🙈

There are also all sorts of make your own/paint your own type kits. At those ages we usually made up a big craft box with all sorts of paper, card, embellishments, paints, pencils and so on.

Check out hobby craft they have loads half price or on offer at the moment. The big playhouses or shops would have the wow factor. I got the dolls house for £8.50 which will be build ready for dd. Apparently it's quite big. Also lots of paint your own things on sale too.

My dds weren't bothered by the aquabeads. They prefer colouring in and drawing though. Play dough is still a big hit for dd2 though.
