kidizoom dx2 watch for a 7 year old?

Does anyone have the kidizoom dx2? Would it be interesting enough for a 7 year old or would it be too "babyish".

I want to get DD a kids smart watch for Christmas that won't break the bank. Recommendations welcome as well!

Posted too soon! DD wants one that tracks activity as she sees me monitoring mine on my watch every day.
I have looked at Garmin but would prefer something that looks a bit more watch like. Waterproof is a big bonus.

I think they kidizoom is very babyish. My 7yr old would be affronted at the thought of wearing one of those. Maybe the kurio watch might be a good alternative, or cheaper 'smart' watch.

What about kidsnav + the aquatic one is waterproof.
