Maybe too mainstream, but I also love That'll Be Christmas by Thea Gilmore.

The Coldplay one! It's just beautiful, Chris Martin's voice is so soft and melodic and beautiful, the melody is gentle, nothing big and brash and crazy, pretty much my favourite Christmas song!

I want a hippopotamus for Christmas! This really makes me laugh!

I have a CD called Cool Christmas, it was released in 1995 (not going to think about how long ago that was). It has some well known songs, Fairytale, 2000 miles, Driving Home For Christmas but also some lovely, lesser-known, some only tenuously Christmassy songs.
