I need a gift for DB age 50, help me with ideas please,

I need a gift for my brother and have run out of ideas. He's 50, doesnt drink alcohol, likes bike riding, is vegetarian but limited diet due to medical issues. I've totally run out of ideas. Want to spend £20-30.

Our garden centre sells potted lemon, and lime, trees which I think would make a nice gift. I assume they would have to be kept in a conservatory, or warm environment, though.
If diet allows, retro sweets from his childhood.
Magazine (cycling?) subscription.
Posh coffee. And a cafetière.
Posh olive oil if he cooks.
Cycling jersey.

Does he read?

Subscription to Vegetarian Living Magazine, not just recipes, also health and fitness. Some specials on at the moment.

Or a biking magazine. If he has a sense of humour Firebox has glow in the dark bike balls. Or a bacon apron with bacon soap.

Do you know what bike kit he already has? Recommend a gel saddle cover if he hasn't got one.

Cooking things? eg pestle & mortar, spices, apron, nice oil.
Veg cook books if you know what he has/hasn't got.
