I have bought my DS - soon to be 13 a Virgin driving experience (small hatchback so not a fast car!) I have posted on another thread about this and was told it was really good. I think my DS will love it.

Ah good idea. I was looking at that and the climb to the top of the 02 plus air sky diving is that what yo call it!

Coming on here to suggest exactly the same as I’m thinking of it for my almost 14 yr old ds.

He would also like to go to a rugby or football match involving his favourite teams (and as an aside we’re taking him to the Brazil - Cameroon match in MK next week (I know, strange venue but it’s local, tickets are relatively cheap and they are both good teams so he is thrilled anyway!). And as dh said, it’s the only way he’s likely to see Brazil up close - we booked early and have got seats in the 3rd row so again, we couldn’t normally afford to do that for a big match.

He would also enjoy a day out somewhere like London or Birmingham - an attraction or two, lunch out, train ride, wandering and exploring...

Childrens driving lessons. Not cheap but my ds13 enjoyed his day

Mines just turned 14 (last week) and I’m finding it so hard to buy for him!

I’ve got nothing that can be wrapped. 😭
I’ve got him a Netflix card, Xbox card, jd sports card.

If he liked the cinema I’d get him a card for there too! And Starbucks.

I so need some proper presents.

Me too all gift cards smellies, chocs but no presents to wrap really struggling

My DD did a couple of driving experiences, on a driving an "ordinary" car round a mock road set up, with roundabouts, traffic lights and other teen drivers, and the other driving a 4x4 off road. She enjoyed both.

Go Ape! if he hasn't done it before.

Zoo keeper for a day/animal experience.

DS did a supercar driving day and got to drive an Audi R8 (relaying the message to him that he needed to pick another car as the Ferrari was broken, whilst shopping in Waitrose, remains the most wanky experience of my life!)
He was 12 at the time and it was an amazing day for him even if he never got above 20mph
