Due to people wanting the afternoon off on the last day of work before xmas its been decided we will do a xmas brunch instead of lunch. There is less than 10 of us and we have an oven, toaster and kettle (no hob)
does anyone have any ideas for easy to prepare and serve brunch ideas?
Thanks

When we do brunch we get sliced ham, cheese, pate, croissants, crusty bread, lurpak, nutella, scotch pancakes, doughnuts, muffins, scones, jam etc.

Keep it simple with things just to lay out or open, smoked salmon, pate, ham/salami, a cheese or two, some breads and mini mince pies.

No one will want to stay behind to wash up or clean up after any cooking, so the simpler and easier the better.
